Attend the 6 Week Biggest Loser Challenge Intro Session. During the Intro our coaches will explain everything you need to know before starting the challenge. We'll give you the opportunity to weigh in for the first time and give you a bit of a taster session.

As part of the challenge you will need to attend a minimum of 3 sessions a week but our sessions are totally unlimited. Our sessions are designed to help you achieve toning and weight loss goals and are suitable for all abilities.
+ FITNESS EDUCATION
We'll provide you with customised nutrition targets to support your training in helping you achieve the best results possible in the 6 weeks. You'll also gain access to our Nutrition Course so you can feel empowered in making the right choices and continue making progress after the trial.
+ MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS
You will participate in weekly weigh-ins using our InBody Composition Scanner. This will allow you to track your progress and stay motivated. You'll not only see changes in your weight but also monitor your Body Fat %, Muscle Mass, and much more.

Feeling supported and accountable throughout the 6 week program ensures that you'll maintain your focus and successfully achieve your goals. At the end of each day, you'll submit your daily check-in via our app, where you can report your nutrition and activity, and request assistance from our coaches if needed.

Our coaches will be available every day to ensure you stay on track and achieve results without feeling confused or overwhelmed. You can contact us via WhatsApp anytime with your questions.
